<span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>①道路硬化</strong></span>
</p>

<span style="font-size:14px;">農(nóng)村道路硬化簡單而言就是修路，此項工程主要為了解決農(nóng)村的道路交通問題。現(xiàn)在有部分農(nóng)村貧困地區(qū)的道路還是坑坑洼洼的土路，每到雨季，農(nóng)民出行十分不便。隨著國家經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，國家也出臺了相應的政策。</span>

<span style="font-size:14px;">2018年5月31日，交通運輸部印發(fā)交通運輸脫貧攻堅三年行動計劃（2018—2020年），明確指出到2020年，農(nóng)村貧困地區(qū)將基本建成交通運輸網(wǎng)絡，有條件的鄉(xiāng)政可以建村通道路硬化。其中也明確指出在2019年基本實現(xiàn)具備條件的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)、建制村通硬化路。</span>
